Davick Properties LLC has been providing single family residential rentals that are located throughout North and West Knoxville, Tennessee since 2006. Our rental rates range from $800 to $1,300 per month. We take great pride in all of our homes, and we take extensive measures to ensure that they are all clean and well maintained. The minimum specifications for our rentals are three bedrooms and one and a half baths.

It is our goal to provide hassle free landlord conditions for our tenants. We respond promptly to maintenance requests. Tenant satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. Although we do require a small, non-refundable fee for pets, we are pet friendly in many cases.
